Graphisoft Park to pay dividend in spite of investments
Graphisoft Park SE, the spun-off property unit of software maker Graphisoft SE, plans to triple its stock of real estate from the current 16,000 square meters in the next two years, while still paying dividends, the company announced on Monday.
The company projects a dividend of €0.08 per share in 2007, €0.18 in 2008, €0.20 in 2009, €0.22 in 2010 and €0.25 in 2011. In 2006, the first year of its operation, Graphisoft Park projects net revenue from rent worth €1 million. It projects €5 million from rent in 2007, €6.4 million in 2008 and an annual €7.5 million after that from already existing properties or those still under construction.
Graphisoft Park shares were floated on the Budapest Stock Exchange (BÉT) in August.
