Graphisoft Park shareholder rises above 5% disclosure threshold

Concorde Columbus Global Value-based Derivative Investment Fund, managed by fund manager Concorde Alapkezelő, has increased the number of its voting shares in real-estate development and management company Graphisoft Park SE to 537,630, exceeding the 5% disclosure threshold of the total voting shares in the company, Graphisoft Park SE announced on Wednesday. The transaction was conducted through a share transfer on the stock exchange. As a result of the transaction, Concorde Alapkezelő now has 1,292,702 voting shares, representing 12.16% of the total as of February 8, 2013. Graphisoft Park owns and operates a business park in Budapest. The company is a category B listed issuer on the Budapest Stock exchange.
