Graphisoft Park profit climbs as costs fall
Graphisoft Park, a company that owns and operates a business park in the north of Budapest, had after-tax profit of €430,000 in the second quarter, up by 73% from the same period a year earlier as costs fell.
The revenue of the park fell about 4% to €1,969,000 but costs were down more than 9% at €332,000. The company booked a €40,000 gain on the "other income" line, compared to a €80,000 loss in the base period.
