Four more tenants move in to Győr Industrial Park
Four more companies have bought land at the Győr Industrial Park and will soon start investments worth several billion forints, business daily Napi Gazdaság reported on Thursday.
Hackelord, a maker of parts for car engines, plans to build a 1,800-square-meter plant on a 1.5-hectare site in the park, László Balogh, managing director of company operating the park, told the paper. Production is set to start in January 2007 with 25 workers. The plant will supply mainly Audi, also based in the park, and Hydro Aluminum Győr.
The Hungarian unit of Austria's Doka, which leases equipment used to construct buildings, has purchased a 1.5-hectare site at the park. Doka has been in Hungary since 1996 and opened its first site in Miskolc, northeast Hungary in 2000.
Hungarian construction company Viamat Kft plans to build a Ft 130 million plant and logistics center in the park, while peer Komplex plans a 3,000-square-meter plant in the park.
