Companies in Szolnok industrial park to make 500 new hires

Companies operating in the Szolnok, central Hungary, industrial park are expected to add another 500 jobs on the back of expansions in the coming six months, deputy-mayor István Szabó said.
The 23 companies in the park employ more than 2,600 people at present, Mr Szabo said. American automobile interior maker Eagle Ottawa was the first company to move into the park in 2004. The company will start the third expansion of its base in the park soon, Szabó said. The project will wind up in November, he added.
