Warimpex plans €150 mln hotel investment in Hungary
Austrian property developer Warimpex plans to spend € 150 million - € 200 million to build 20 hotels in Hungary in the next 4-5 years.
Warimpex will convert most of the hotels from offices, though it will build some new hotels too, board member Georg Folian told the daily Világgazdasag. The mid-range hotels will be in Budapest as well as bigger cities such as Tatabánya, Pécs, Debrecen and Győr, paper reported. (MTI – Econews)
