Oman buys Gresham Palace Hotel

The Sultanate of Oman has purchased Budapest’s Four Seasons Gresham Palace Hotel through its State General Reserve Fund (SGRF) for an undisclosed price, website turizmusonline.hu reported on Tuesday.
Canada’s Four Seasons Hotels will continue to operate the 179-room luxury hotel.
The Gresham Palace, one of Budapest’s finest Art Nouveau buildings, was renovated and converted into a luxury hotel at a cost of EUR 100m. The hotel opened in 2004.
