New four-star hotel to open in Szeged next year

A HUF 2bn four-star hotel will open just off the main square of Szeged (SE Hungary) in November 2012, a consultant for the hotel told MTI.

The construction of the five-storey hotel was supported with HUF 439m in European Union funding, said Ildikó Budea.

The hotel will have 35 standard rooms, 26 doubles with balconies, two rooms for guests with disabilities and six luxury suites. It will also have an events room with a capacity for 150 people and a restaurant that seats 100.
