Liget Hotel completes HUF 380 mln expansion

Liget Wellness and Conference Hotel in Szarvas, southeastern Hungary, inaugurated a HUF 380 mln recreation wing yesterday, supported by a HUF 300 mln grant, Hungarian news agency MTI reported.
According to hotel director Tamás Bogdán, the number of staff is expected to rise by 30% to 47.
Liget Hotel expects to raise its annual number of guest nights from 15,200 last year to 18,000 this year. Revenue is set to grow from HUF 276 mln to approximately HUF 300 mln. The hotelʼs occupancy rate was 56.4% in 2014.
