The net average room rate was Ft 14,947 (€58.2) during the period. Gross revenue per available room (RevPAR) was Ft 10,532, up 16.6% year-on-year, and net RevPAR was Ft 9,048 in January-November 2006, up 15.3% year-on-year.
Occupancy rates were the highest at five- and four-start hotels in Budapest - 71.4% and 69.1%, respectively - and lowest at five-and four-start hotels in the east of the country (46.2%) and western Hungary (49.5%). KSH compiled the figures based on a survey of all four- and five-star hotels and a selection of three-star hotels. (Mti-Eco)
