Hotel and More Group Expands Hungarian Portfolio
Hungarian hotel operator Hotel and More Group has added four more hotels to its domestic portfolio, CEO Balázs Klemm told state news wire MTI.
The group now operates the Residence Hotel Balaton in Siófok; the Duna Relax Hotel in Ráckeve, on the outskirts of the capital; and the Oxigén Family Hotel and the Tündérkert Hotel Noszvaj, both in the Eger winegrowing region in the northeast of the country.
Klemm said the company expects to close 2022 with net revenue of HUF 4.85 billion, up from HUF 3.2 bln in 2021. Next year, Hotel and More Group targets an average occupancy rate of 65%, he added.
Hotel and More Group operates 20 hotels in Hungary, five in Romania, one in Slovenia, and one in Croatia.
