The historic Aranybika Hotel in Debrecen (E Hungary) is being offered for sale for the 13th time by its liquidator, this time for HUF 1.25 billion, HUF 100 million less than earlier, business daily Napi Gazdaság said on Thursday.
The hotel was first offered for HUF 2.1 billion in November 2010.
Hotel owner Civis Hotels had debts of more than HUF 3.2 billion as of June 2010, the paper said. The biggest creditor is FHB Bank, which initiated the liquidation.
