Four-star hotel on Lake Balaton for sale - paper

The four-star Hotel Ramada along Lake Balaton in Balatonalmádi has been offered for sale at a price of HUF 3.85bn by the liquidator, business daily Napi Gazdaság said on Thursday.
Wossala Hotels (WH) Kft, the company operating the hotel, went under liquidation in mid-July. WH owes its creditors more than HUF 5bn, the paper said.
The 12-floor hotel, fully renovated in 2005 using a HUF 2.9bn Swiss franc-denominated loan provided by Erste Bank, has 210 rooms.
