Forrás buys stake in Montenegrin hotel company

Holding company Forrás Rt has purchased 16.76% of the shares of Montenegrin hotel company HTP BOKA AD, Forrás announced late on Tuesday.

Forrás did not say who sold the stake or how much it was sold for. Hungarian hotel company Hunguest Hotels Rt announced in March this year that it had bought a 33% stake in HTP BOKA, and said it had plans to acquire more shares if, as expected, a tender is invited to privatise a 60% stake in the company.
Property and investment management company Forrás is 88.61% held by Arago Rt, a holding company owned by Hungarian private investors.
