Danubius Hotels board proposes reinvesting 2012 profit
The board of Hungary's Danubius Hotels will propose to shareholders reinvesting 2012 profits rather than paying a dividend, the agenda for the company's annual general meeting published late Wednesday shows. Danubius Hotels had net profit of HUF 1.06 billion in 2012, according to the Hungarian Accounting Standards profit-and-loss statement the board will present to shareholders at the AGM on April 25.
