Rossmann's revenue up 4.1% last year

Rossmann Magyarország Kereskedelmi Kft had HUF 43.6 billion in revenue last year, 4.1% more than in 2011, CEO László Flórián told the press on Thursday. In 2011, revenue grew by 0.4%. After four years of losses the Hungarian subsidiary of Rossman had profits both before and after tax last year, Flórián said without elaborating. Rossmann has been present in Hungary for 20 years, operating 181 shops, with a headcount of more than 1100. Headquartered in Germany and working in six European countries, Rossmann had revenues of €5.95 billion last year, up 16.1% on 2011.
