OTP Bank raises capital by €32 mln at Romanian unit

OTP Bank on Tuesday said a 140 million Romanian lei (€32 million) capital raise was registered at its unit in Romania.
Shareholders of OTP Bank Romania took a decision on the raise at a general meeting on February 29, the bank said.
The unit's registered capital rose to about 683 million Romanian lei as a result.
OTP Bank on Monday announced a €12 million capital raise in its Montenegrin unit.
