Mapei Hungary sales climb more than 9%
Sales of the Hungarian unit of Italian building material company Mapei climbed more than 9% in 2011, business daily Világgazdaság said on Friday.
Both exports and domestic sales rose last year, the unit's managing director Béla Markovich told the paper.
Mapei Kft had revenue of HUF 5.5 billion in 2011, public records show.
Markovich said the unit targets smaller growth for 2012 considering the drastic drop in home building permits.
Headcount at the unit rose 10% to 143 last year.
