Hungary Kraft unit to adopt parent company name change
Snack company Kraft Foods Hungária is taking the new name Mondelez Hungária and joining Mondelez Europe, the company told MTI. Parent company Kraft Foods changed its name to Mondelez International last year, after spinning off its North American grocery business. The name is a “newly coined word that evokes the idea of a world of 'delicious products',” according to the parent company. Kraft Foods Hungária had revenue of HUF 34.6 billion in 2011.
