Freesoft sells website developer unit for Ft 36 mln

Freesoft Nyrt, a Hungarian software developer, is selling its website developer for Ft 36 million after integrating the unit's employees and activities, the company said in stock exchange statement on Monday.

Freesoft, based in Budapest, didn't say who was buying its Big Fish Internet Technology Kft. The company has been expanding through acquisitions and bought local software companies Mooltech Kft and Axis Computing Kft and set up a US unit last year. It purchased Big Fish two years ago.
