Freesoft, based in Budapest, didn’t say who was buying its Big Fish Internet Technology Kft. The company has been expanding through acquisitions and bought local software companies Mooltech Kft and Axis Computing Kft and set up a US unit last year. It purchased Big Fish two years ago.
