First Hungarian street food cookbook out in September

Steak sandwiches, salty waffles and Angus burgers, as well as homemade beer recipes, will all be available to food enthusiasts from September 1 in the Food Truck Cookbook, according to a press release sent to the Budapest Business Journal.
More than 50 recipes from the most popular new wave of street food trucks – including Zing Burger, Paneer, and Kolbice – will help gourmands quickly cook tasty dishes. Among the recipes enthusiasts will discover not only sandwiches and burgers, but also tortillas, soups, meatballs and the classic Hungarian "pogácsa" (savory scones).
Desserts include Dutch stroopwafel cheesecake and Belgian waffles. Local craft brewery Legenda will also reveal one of its recipes. The cookbook will be launched at the upcoming Food Truck Show in September.
