Azerbaijan potential market for Hungarian medicines, food and machinery
Hungarian pharmaceuticals, food products and machinery could find a market in Azerbaijan, Azerbaijan's deputy economic development minister Sevinj Hasanova told Hungarian journalists in Baku on Wednesday.
Baku wants to see ties between Azeri and Hungarian companies strengthened, the minister said.
Azerbaijan sees potential in exports of chemical products, such as kerosene and lubricants, as well as food products to Hungary.
Bilateral trade between Hungary and Azerbaijan reached $13bn in the first half of 2011. Hungarian exports to Azerbaijan accounted for HUF 12bn of the amount.
