The Grandhouse International Club to host monthly lunch

The Grandhouse International Club is organizing their next monthly lunch on Wednesday, January 21, during which History Professor Dr. Tibor Frank will give a presentation entitled “Can the European Union Be Compared to the Austro-Hungarian Monarchy?”.

Professor Frank is giving his presentation in response to the question raised by The Grandhouse International Club: when in history was the most prosperous period for Hungary and could similar circumstances be created for a similar period of prosperity?

Time: 12.30 – 13.00: registration and welcome drinks.

          13.00 – 14.00: buffet lunch.

Venue: Akadémia Klub at 9 Széchenyi István square, Budapest 1051 (formerly: Roosevelt tér).

Cost: HUF 7,000 (incl. VAT) for members and HUF 8,500 (incl. VAT) for non-members. Cost covers: welcome drink, buffet lunch, wine, mineral water and coffee during lunch; other drinks to be paid for separately.

Payments: in cash at time of registration. Formal receipts will be given upon request.

Cancellations: cancellations until the evening of January 16. However, if cancellations are made after January 16, payments for lunch need to be made in full.
