Wabererʼs goes public to trade shares on BSE

To facilitate the trading of its shares, Hungarian road haulage company Wabererʼs has transformed its type of operation from a private company limited by shares (Zrt. in Hungarian) to a public company limited by shares (Nyrt.), a change to the firm’s listing data on Friday reveals.

Waberer’s listed shares on the Budapest Stock Exchange (BSE) on October 6, however its shares could not be traded as it used to be a private company. The company has listed 14,654,028 securities with a face value of €0.35, which add up to a total nominal value of €5,128,910.
