Trading in ENEFI shares restored

In Hungary

Trading in the shares of energy efficiency concern ENEFI Energiahatékonysági Nyrt. was restored by the National Bank of Hungary (MNB) today after the issuer fulfilled its mandatory disclosure obligations, the central bank announced today.

Trading in the shares of ENEFI was suspended by the central bank on May 4 after the MNB charged the company with failing to prepare a consolidated annual report for 2015 by the deadline. ENEFI was also slapped with a HUF 6 million fine.

The central bank added that it is conducting an oversight procedure on suspicion of insider trading in ENEFI shares, the Hungarian news agency MTI reported.
