Strike prices revised for MOL share option agreements

Hungarian oil and gas company MOL announced yesterday that strike prices in share option agreements with Credit Agricole, CIB and ING Bank had been amended. 

The strike price for both the call and put options in the agreement with Credit Agricole changed to $46.3608 per share. The option, for 2,129,666 shares, was signed on December 4, 2014.

The strike price for the call and put options in the agreement with ING Bank was changed to $49.2122 per share. The option for 5,220,000 shares was signed on November 24, 2014.
