OTP Deputy-CEO sells 10,000 OTP shares

OTP Bank's deputy CEO László Wolf sold 10,000 OTP ordinary shares on Tuesday, September 13, the bank said on the Budapest Stock Exchange website on Wednesday.

The shares were sold at an average price of HUF 3,568 per share. After the transaction, Laszlo Wolf held 644,640 OTP ordinary shares (0.23%).

The bank also said earlier that it purchased 100,000 OTP ordinary shares on Tuesday at an average price of HUF 3,646 per share, raising the number of OTP ordinary shares in the bank's portfolio to 4,351,063.
