MNB orders suspension of trade in ENEFI shares

In Hungary

The National Bank of Hungary (MNB) today ordered the suspension of trade of ENEFI Energiahatékonysági shares for an indefinite period, the central bank and market regulator said in a statement.

Trading was suspended because the company failed to publish information about its general meeting held on January 8.

The suspension will remain in place until ENEFI publishes the required information about its meeting, MNB said.

The MNB mandated ENEFI to redress the situation immediately, but no later than in one working day. If this is done, the MNB will take immediate steps to ensure trading in ENEFI shares is resumed.
