Fevita shares to be delisted on January 31

Shares of Szekesfehervari Hutoipari (Fevita) will be delisted from the Budapest Stock Exchange on January 31, the frozen foods company said on Wednesday.

The last trading day of the shares will be January 25.

Shareholders decided to delist the shares and convert Fevita into a closed company limited by shares at a general meeting on October 25.

Fevita shares were listed in 1999.
