CECAB makes offer for Globus shares

France's Centrale Cooperative Agricole Bretonne offered to pay Ft 460 for each share it doesn't own in Globus Rt, Hungary's biggest canner and condiment producer.
The French company's offer will run from July 6 to August 4, it said in a statement on the website of the Budapest Stock Exchange (BĂT) late yesterday. CECAB paid the same amount per share for a 51.1% stake in Globus in previous offer that closed in May. The BĂT approved CECAB's offer to buy the remaining stock in June, after Globus requested to de-list its shares.
