BSE to delist Pannunion shares

The Budapest Stock Exchange (BSE) will delist the ordinary shares of B-category issuer Hungarian plastic company Pannunion on November 18, the BSE announced on Wednesday.

The final day of BSE trade on Pannunion shares will be November 14.

Pannunion majority owner Pannunity announced on October 27 that it will exercise its option to buy all outstanding Pannunion shares.
