Sziget to Return This Year With World-class Headliners

After a successful comeback last year, one of the world's biggest festivals, Sziget is set to return this year featuring the likes of world-class headliners Billie Eilish, David Guetta, Florence + The Machine, and Imagine Dragons.

Taking place from August 10-15, Sziget will also welcome Sam Fender, Niall Horan, YUNGBLUD, Foals, Jamie xx, M83, Moderat, Sven Väth, Mimi Webb, Nothing But Thieves, Two Feet, Viagra Boys, Amyl and The Sniffers, Dixon, The Comet is Coming, 070 Shake, Uncle Waffles, TV Girl, Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes, Baby Queen, Easy Life, Youngr, Los Bitchos, Destroy Boys, Kelly Lee Owens DJ set, Mall Grab, Partiboi69, Parra For Cuva, Jungle By Night, yunè pinku DJ set, Hannah Grae, plus more to be announced.

Spanning over 6 days, every year Sziget transforms Budapest’s Óbuda Island into the "Island of Freedom" which invites festival goers to leave their daily lives behind and immerse themselves in a world of freedom, friendship, and cultural discovery.

The 29th edition of the festival will welcome the two-time BRIT Award-winning Billie Eilish as part of her Happier Than Everworld tour. Dance music powerhouse David Guetta will come back to Sziget’s main stage after a memorable performance in 2018 and with a fresh pack of songs under his arm after releasing "Crazy What Love Can Do" with Becky Hill, "I’m Good (Blue)" with Bebe Rexha and "Damn (You’ve Got Me Saying)".

U.K. indie rock act Florence + The Machine will also play Sziget’s main stage after releasing her critically acclaimed album "Dance Fever" and following a tour of mostly sold out shows this year. In addition, American pop-rock band Imagine Dragons will be captivating the crowd with their emotionally charged tracks. 2023 will also see the return of the British musician and man of the moment Sam Fender, and Foals will present their latest album "Life Is Yours". M83 will also be coming back after a hiatus of live performing.

The new edition of the festival will see the festival feature another round of top-tier performances in its more than 50 stages and electronic arenas like the Colosseum stage. Other highlights of this first announcement include crowd favorite and dance floor connoisseur Jamie xx, alongside Moderat who will be making the fans dance to their dark electronic tunes. The self-proclaimed "Prophet of Pleasure" Partiboi69 will be showcasing his tunes and charismatic energy to the Island of Freedom, alongside fellow Aussie-born but London-based Mall Grab with his happy-go-lucky personality and big selection of beats. Also joining the bill this year, is the Innerversions boss man Dixon. The charismatic music legend Sven Väth who has dedicated his life to electronic music will be delighting the masses with his infectious energy.
