The Matild Palace revived the glittering world of revue in the capital last October. Several times a week, they sought to bring back the nightlife of early 20th Pest, with live concerts featuring famous Hungarian artists, special performances, and a three-course dinner for the audience.

Matild Café & Cabaret is preparing three different themed evenings for the upcoming season.

With modern scenes inspired by the classic French cabaret, "Life is a Cabaret" is seeking to refine the concept of timeless elegance. The audience will see an unfolding story that combines fairy tales and contemporary plots to the melodies of Group'n'Swing.

"Dreams come true" offers a unique journey into the world of burlesque. Starring Lili Fehér, this elegant performance will be full of captivating moments and interesting choreographed dances by the Matild Girls.

The third and the most nostalgic dinner event "Fly me to the Moon"  will feature Bálint Gájer and his band recalling and revisiting Hollywood's most beautiful love stories on the historic stage of Matild Café & Cabaret. Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Nat King Cole, and Michael Bublé's greatest hits will be performed, accompanied by the moves of the Matild Girls.

The shows are also accompanied by a gourmet dinner. A luxurious three-course dinner will again be served during the shows this year, using the highest quality technology and ingredients.  As a new feature, guests will also be able to purchase VIP tickets, giving them a front-row seat to the show and an extra gourmet menu including scallops, lobster, and lamb wellington.

"We are delighted that our idea to bring back this kind of long-forgotten entertainment was such a big success last year. We are excited to offer our guests an even more stunning and brilliant show and an even more special culinary experience this season. Matild Cabaret's program offers a unique opportunity for Budapest's entertainment scene, as guests can enjoy a spectacular revue show during the evening, combined with our usual gastronomic experience. A legendary venue is reborn and we are very proud of it," said Selim Ölmez, general manager of Matild Palace, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Budapest.
