Hungary distributes Pro Turismo awards

Six experts in the tourism industry were awarded the Pro Turismo award this year, the government’s highest accolade in the sector, presented at the Ministry of National Development, a press release from the Hungarian Tourism Agency said.
The award was presented on the occasion of the World Day of Tourism. The recipients were Zoltán Hamvas, president of the Hungarian Bocuse d’Or Academy, Attila Hegedűs, executive partner at BDO Magyarország Hotel és Ingatlan Szolgáltató Kft., Jost Lammers, CEO of Budapest Airport Zrt., Norbert Lobenwein, founder of VOLT festival and co-owner of Sziget Kulturális Menedzseriroda, Orsolya Madary, editor and journalist of Magyar Konyha, and Zoltán Mészáros, founder and festival director of VeszprémFest.
