Georgian pianist Luka Okros at Liszt Academy

Internationally renowned Georgian pianist Luka Okros will perform at Budapestʼs Liszt Academy of Music on March 22, according to a press release sent to the Budapest Business Journal.

Okros graduated from the Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatory in 2013, and Londonʼs Royal College of Music in 2016. He made his Carnegie Hall debut at the age of 18, and has performed in more than 30 countries. In the last two years, Okros has won eight first prizes at international piano competitions.
Okros will present all four of Chopin’s Ballades, followed by Liszt’s Sonata in B minor. Further information about the event is available at the academy’s website.
