Bunge controls 70-75% of Hungary cooking oil market
Hungary's Bunge controls 70-75% of the domestic cooking oil market, CEO Laszlo Papula told MTI at an event organized by supermarket franchise operator Co-op on Friday.
Sales of cooking oil generated about 80% of Bunge's HUF 100 billion of revenue last year, Papula said. The rest came from activities such as supplying biodiesel or grain trading, he added.
Bunge exports about 70% of its cooking oil.
