Budapest to host ‘Not Knowing’ lab workshop

The “Not Knowing” lab workshop will be hosted in Hungary on March 3, from 9:30 AM at Budapest’s Design Terminal centered around themes from Steven D’Souza’s book of the same name.
The workshop will focus on how to behave effectively in volatile, uncertain and complex situations and embark on what is referred to as an inspiring journey into not knowing, according to the organizers of the event. The aim is to encourage attendees to develop an exploratory mindset; to thrive, rather than just survive when faced with the unknown.
“The challenges managers face today are not only complicated, but often complex and may frequently feel chaotic,” D’Souza said when talking about the book. “In the book we explore the advantage of embracing the unknown as a source of opportunity and not simply as uncertainty to reduce or manage,” he added.
