Revenue lifts Appeninn profit in 2012
Higher revenue lifted Hungarian property company Appeninn's after-tax profit by 24% to HUF 270 million in 2012, the company's consolidated report for the period shows. Net rent revenue climbed 52% to HUF 795 million. EBITDA was up 91% at HUF 761 million, boosted by HUF 67 million on the “other revenue” line. Appeninn had total assets of HUF 20.1 billion on December 31, 2012, 13% more than twelve months earlier. Net assets increased 17% to HUF 4.7 billion.
