Phylaxia 1912 Holding's majority-owned company MŰSOR-HANG lowered its registered capital to HUF 100 million from HUF 430 million at the company's Thursday AGM, Phylaxia 1912 announced. Phylaxia 1912 Holding is a B-category issuer at the Budapest Stock Exchange.
