HUF 75.2 bln disbursed under Jeremie programs in 2011

A total of HUF 75.2 billion was disbursed to Hungarian SMEs in Jeremie programs last year, including European Union funding of about HUF 64 billion, József Vingelman, CEO of MV-Hungarian Business Financing, said at a press conference on Wednesday.

Vingelman said the amount disbursed last year was up from HUF 39.4 billion in 2010.

Deputy-CEO Balázs Garamvölgyi said 63 positive investment decisions were taken as part of the Jeremie venture capital program in 2010-2011. He added that 45 of those investments, with a value of HUF 12.2 billion, had already been made.
