Coop group retains 15% market share in Hungary

The food retailer Coop Group has managed to retain its 15% share of the Hungarian market in spite of the crisis, CEO László Murányi said on Wednesday.
He said the group projects similar revenue in 2011 to last year's HUF 510 billion.
The group continues the developments already begun, including shop renovations and the development of the integrated IT system. Coop is to spend around HUF 2.5-3 billion on these and other investments this year after spending HUF 3 billion on developments last year.
