BUX opens in the black
The Budapest Stock Exchange blue-chip BUX index opened Wednesday trade up 0.9% at 18,258.
The four blue-chip shares stood as follows at Wednesday's opening bell:
OTP Bank was up 1.2% at HUF 4,231.
Oil and gas group MOL was up 1.1% at HUF 16,780.
Drugmaker Richter was up 0.9% at HUF 34,500.
Magyar Telekom was up 0.6% at HUF 503.
On Tuesday, the BUX closed down 1.2% to 18,091 on a turnover of HUF 12.21 billion.
