Real estate company Skanska Property Hungary took home a nice prize from last week’s third annual Europa Property CEE Green Building Awards ceremony.

After having garnered some four local industry awards in Hungary, Skanska’s Green House was bestowed with a “Best Project” award in the Warsaw event within the “Shell and Core” category; Green House currently boasts 93% occupancy in its 17,800 square meters.

The EU GreenBuilding certification and A+ energy ranking are also official proof to our committed tenants that, with the outstanding energy efficiency and high percentage of innovative solutions, we are ensuring them a sustainable, cost-efficient and healthy environment…”
