Bosch signs cooperation agreement with Miskolc

Conferences

German engineering giant Bosch and the local council of Miskolc (NE Hungary) on Wednesday signed a long-term cooperation agreement on training for students at the Andrássy Gyula Trade School.

The first "Bosch class" in production line machinery and mechatronics at the school will start in the 2012/2013 academic year.

Robert Bosch Energy and Body Systems managing director Max Nitzsche said it was important for the Bosch group, one of the biggest employers in Hungary, to have a sufficient supply of engineers as well as support training in technical trades.

Miskolc Mayor Ákos Kriza said primary-school leavers would be informed of the opportunity at the trade school.
