BKIK signs cooperation agreement with Chinese business chamber

The Budapest Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BKIK) on Monday signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the business chamber of Hohhot, in China’s Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, BKIK said.
The 26-member Chinese delegation, representing big businesses and professional organisations, showed strong interest in property development, renewable energy and farm projects in Hungary, BKIK said.
Among the Chinese strategic aims are the purchase of hog and cattle farms and the establishment of joint ventures. The members of the Chinese delegation want to work with agribusinesses Hungerit, Arpad-Agrar and Hortobagyi Ludtenyeszto as well as with HAJDU Hajdusagi Ipari, a maker of environmentally-friendly household products.
