The results are based on a survey of approximately 12 million passengers at airports in 160 countries to assess their opinions on cabin crews, airport facilities, airlines, in-flight entertainment, on-board catering, and several other elements of air travel.

Singapore Changi Airport was named the world’s best airport for the fourth time this year, MTI added.
