Hochtief to buy Budapest Airport from BAA Plc

Hochtief AG, Germany's biggest construction company, said it reached an agreement to buy Budapest Airport Zrt from UK's BAA Plc, Bloomberg reported.
Hochtief plans to buy Hungary's largest airport with Caisse de Depot et Placement du Quebec and KfW Group, Hochtief said in a statement to the German stock exchange. Hochtief will own 50% of the airport.
