Budapest re-launches airport shuttle bus

The Budapest Public Transport Center (BKK) on Friday said it will re-start the 100E express bus service between the city center and Liszt Ferenc International Airport, according to a report by state news wire MTI.

The 100E bus runs between the airport and Deák Ferenc tér, where Budapest's metro lines intersect.

he shuttle service will operate between 7:00 in the morning and 9:00 in the evening. Tickets are HUF 900 and can be purchased using the BKK's mobile application.

Chris Dinsdale, the CEO of Liszt Ferenc operator Budapest Airport, said in May that the airport "is prepared to welcome moderate levels of traffic this summer".
