Orco in Bratislava project
Real estate developer Orco Property Group has announced details of its first multifunctional project in the centre of Bratislava in a press release.
The City Gate project is located in the heart of the city on SNP Square. The building was originally designed in the functionalist style of the 1940’s by renowned architects. The company has decided to transform the building into a modern multifunctional project combining luxurious housing with a shopping gallery.
The new City Gate will house a shopping gallery offering a total of approximately 4,000 square meters in retail space.
The facility will also feature 46 luxury apartments, covering cca. 5,100 square meters.
The reconstruction of City Gate started in January this year and completion is planned for
December 2008. Total investment costs are estimated at €42 million.

busiest and most popular places in Bratislava and, thanks to our City Gate project, we can
share in the shaping of its future and atmosphere for years to come,” said Lucia Švecová,
